First and foremost, because I’ve been there. I suffered for years with symptoms and diagnoses of auto immune diseases. Until I got down to the beliefs I had about my health and life I could never really fully heal. I have seen others make the connections between the pain they were having and the emotional state they were in or more often the sub-conscious beliefs that were holding them back from healing. There is no separation between your mind, body and spirit. You know this, you just need a coach and mentor to guide you through the healing process.
